What is a COMPUTER NETWORK?

         Computer Network is an interconnection of multiple devices, also known as hosts, that are connected using multiple paths for the purpose of sending/receiving data or media. 

         Computer networks can also include multiple devices/mediums which help in the communication between two different devices.

            

       
        It is a process of exchange of data between two devices.                                           

A Effective Data Communication depends upon following factors:

1.Delivery: It states that the data sent is to be reached correctly.

2.Timeliness:It states that the data should reach in a timely manner.

3.Accuracy:It states that the data should reach the destination accurately.

4.Jitter:It represents the  variations in packet arrival time ,also known as variation of delay.
